Crushing, Grinding and Mixing:

The mix material is uniformly delivered to hammer crusher (no-screen) by box feeder and belt conveyor. Maximum size of the mix materials is less than 150mm. Following are wet pan mill and double shafter mixer with extruding which adds water and keeps the material wet. Wet-mix material is delivered to fine roller mill by belt conveyor. The gap between two roller of fine roller mill is 1～1.5mm.
