2)PVC Wide Plate Extrusion Line
Roperties and Advantages:
Series PVC wide plate extrusion line has compact structure, good plasticization, high output, long life and other advantages. This line uses SJZ80 conical twin screw extruder with alternating-current inverter, imported electronic components and PT 100 platinum resistance, which provide wide adjusting range and precise temperature control. The down stream equipment includes vacuum calibration and cooling unit, haul-off unit, cutting machine and stacker.
The calibration unit is equipped with large forced cooling system so that it can provide perfect calibration effect.
The haul-off unit uses two line caterpillars. The lower line is fixer and the upper one can be adjusted according to the plate size.
The cutting machine is equipped with PLC control system which helps to set length and provide accurate automatic cutting.
The stacker is covered with rubber grip blocks to prevent products from damage.

3)PET Baling Strap Production Line
PET Baling Strap Production Line Introduction:
The PET baling strap production line is a newly developed production line is a newly developed production line by our company.
During the research period, we have made long time production practices and learnt form both domestic and abroad machines. This equipment adopts the frequency conversion motor as the power source. The mechanical transmission has the features of the precise and stable transmission, save energy and low noise with the soft connection is applied.
Our PET bailing strap production line could use the crushed PET bottles (such as cola bottles) as raw material, thus the cost of raw material could be sharply reduced and the profit could be 50% higher compared to use virgin PET.
Characters:
PET has the features of good rigidity, high temperature resistance and rustless. Its specific gravity is 1/5 of steel. The PET baling strap is mainly used in the packing field of factories. The PET strap has the following characters: high tensile strength, small ductility, anti bounce, low cost, excellent flexibility, easy operation and high reliability. The PET baling strap is an ideal product to replace steel strap. It could be used for baling paper, wood, textile, cotton and fiber, metal, can ,chemical, cable and plastic profiles, etc. This strap is east to use and could be connected by normal steel fastener. It could also be connected by thermal melting.

4)PVC Profiles Extrusion Line
Features and application:
PVC profile production line suitable to produce PVC profile, multi-hole cable duct (4-hole, 6-hole, 7-hole, 9-hole option). According to different profile section and mold to choose different conical or parallel twin screw extruder and provide relative vacuum sizing tank, hail-off , cross direction saw cutter, stacker auxiliary equipments. The capacity of main extruder is from 150kg /hour to 450kg /hour for option. Special design for haul-off by particular up and down technology of our company, working stable, reliable and heavy duty force. Vacuum sizing tank having particular big eddy flow cooling system for cooling and sizing easy for high speed extruding necessary. The action of cross direction saw cutter keeping synchronous with haul-off controlled by import PLC controller, reasonable design, running stable, auto fixed length cutting, assembled swarf suction device. According to different mold, the vacuum sizing tank could be provided of 4 meter, 6meter, 8meter, 11meter models. Providing parallel twin screw extruder for high speed extruding.

Pipes Production Line
1)PE Double Wall Corrugated Pipe Main features.
•  It adopts efficient screw and notched barrel, the inner and outer walls are separately extruded by two extruders for using different materials and ensuring efficient extruding.
•  A high speed of production can be ensured by the corrugated forming system and forced cooling system combined with water and air cooling during constant production. The advanced programmable lubricating system decreases abrasion of mould blocks to a minimum while lengthening their lifespan and ensuring running precision and stable quality.
•  The advanced inline double wall belling function can reach or exceed the requirement of the state standard, completely solving disadvantages of the pipe creep and leakage of sealing in sockets.

PU Foaming Equipments
The machine is developed to meet the increasing demand of CFCS replacement work. It apples CO 2 as foaming material. It's the latest foaming technology in the world. Therefore it has broad developing prospects.

1) PU Low pressure Foaming Machine
The PU low pressure foaming machine's functional sequence: the low pressure components are pumped to the mixing head by means of high precision metering pump and stirred with a high speed by an agitator within the mixing chamber and pouring out the mixture with highly constant weight. It can be used widely in RIM for various PU products.

This ZT turnaround production line which is suitable to produce various kind of vehicle inner decorating material of Polyurethane is a system of multi application, especially is suitable for litter varieties and a large scale. Diameter of revolving table is 4000 -11000mm . One the revolving table dies and die supports of multi—size can be installed, die may open and close automatically. Rotating speed can be adjusted and accuracy of fixing station is high.
4) PU Sandwich Panel Line
The use of PU sandwich panel is with widely range. It could be used for cold storage, refrigerator car, showing board, etc. In order to produce the PU sandwich panel, we developed serious types of laminating press, Inc. Single plate laminating press and multi-plate laminating press, etc.
The photo above shows 5-plate laminating press. It could inject 5 panels in the meantime. It applies hydraulic drive. The Max. clamping force can reach 130tons and its lifting weight can reach 5tons.

4) M3B SERIES THREE-LAYER COEXTRUSION (REVERSING HAUL-OFF) PACKAGING BLOWN FILM LINE
Reversing haul-off with ± 360° horizontal turner bar system, with stable reversing, consistent linear speed, reasonable and scientific structure ensure saving energy and easy operating. By means of the reversing haul-off unit, the struc­ture of die head is simplified by replacing rotating die head The reversing haul-off unit resolves many problems of long channel for dwelling in the rotating die head, difficult sealing for the melt, easy leakage, unsymmetrical heating, difficult maintenance, big film thickness toler­ance and so on. The haul-off unit reduces the difficulty for recipe of the multi-layer co extrusion product and production technical processing control. If using IBC (Internal Bubble Cooling system), the blown film line can produce film with higher transparency and better performance. The produced film is very flata, and in high-quality by using of reversing haul-off unit, which can meet demanding for high precision and high-speed printing.

Uses and Features
1. It is used in mixing, drying, colouring and other processing. It is the most ideal equipment for producing shaped plastic material and plastics pipes.
2. The technology of the main shaft sealed appara­tus has got the state patent with No. ZLP62430641 and it has two functions of electric and steam heating.
3. Two layers of sealing technology are adopted in the pot cover. The opening of the heating mixed cover adopted the air opening device and the opening of the cooling mixed cover adopted hydraulic pressure control system.
