1) Extrusion Flutter
The Extrusion Flutter is newly developed for producing APMP half chemical pulp by using the raw material as aspen, gum wood, birch, white pine, etc., the whiteness degree of the paper pulp can be enhanced up to 80% while necessary during the process. The APMP half chemical pulp can be used for producing newspaper, and which can also lower the costs of papermaking if add 10% of it in the production of offset paper and printing paper.
The main body of the Flutter is jointed by carbon steel, and its touching part uses the stainless steel (316ss).

2) Drying Cylinder Production Line
Our company has established a modern drying cylinder production line and enabled its manufac­turing technology to reach advanced level internationally through continuous application of new manufacturing equipment and process planning. The drying cylinder production strictly follows the ISO9002 standard and ASME code. Strict quality control has been exerted at each stage of casting, Joint venture is capable of manufacturing 1830x 6100mm drying cylinders with design pressure being 5,8 bars and 11 bars, Such key equipment has been furnished with the drying cylinder production line as heavy duty lathe for both internal and external machining of shells, grinder for external grinding, numerical controlled lathe, dynamic balancing machine and hydrostatic testing facility. The drying cylinder production line has available the special equipment for the machining of UNO Roll and VAC Roll.

9) 2362mm Fourdrinier Paper Machine
The Fourdrinier Paper Machine model ZW8 and ZW9 of trimmed width 2362mm are suitable for the production of publishing and fine paper grades of 40 -80g /sq.m basis weight with a working speed of 100 -200m /min depending on the furnishes used, and which are mainly of wood, bamboo or reed pulps.
Two types of drive system are optional, model ZW8 equipped with line-shaft drive and thyrister-controlled main motor, and model ZW9 with thyrister-controlled sectional drices.
The paper machine should be arranged in a machine hall with basement of 4.8m in height. The center distance of parallel arranged right and left handed paper machines is 10.7m and the span of machine hall trolley 18m , the latter will be 12m when a single paper machine is arranged in the hall.

10) 1600mm Multiple Cylinder and Dryer Board Machine
The machine is suitable for making box board with bamboo and straw pulps as raw materials. It has the advantages of less investment and quick profit.
1. Cylinder Section
There are three movable bow-shaped plate cylinder tanks. Two of the sheet and the counter-current cylinder tank are used to supply the center pulp.
2. Press Section
It consists of two front presses, or one front press and one reverse press according to the customer's requirement.
3. Dryer Section
There are four sets of Φ1250 dryers with closed gear driving system. After the sizing, there are two chrome-plated dryers.
4. Driving System
The board machine is equipped with the line-shaft driving system, and it also uses nylon belts and tapered wheels to adjust the speed. The specification of the main motor is Z2-111, 75kw, 750r/min, and 440 volts.

3. Fittings for Paper Machine
1) Horizontal Pneumatic Drum Winding Machine
The machine is used with the paper machine to wind the paper sheet into reel. The frame of this machine is a box structure, which has good strength and buffer properties. It adopts the mechanical drive system to move the main arm and uses the synchronous shaft to insure its synchronism. The pressure is exerted by the pneumatic method, which can obtain a uniform nip pressure. The drum can be cooled by the cold water so that the paper sheet can be cooled and the static electricity can be reduced.
The machine also has some specific features, for instance, it is convenient to pick up the paper web and can operate steadily and smoothly.

2) Horizontal Belt Vacuum Washer
Horizontal Belt Vacuum Washer
This washer is suitable the alkaline pulp and for digested straw pulp washing and the extraction of the black liquor.
Principal Specification:
1. It is a universal washer, which is suitable for different kinds of pulps.
2. It is easy for the pulp to enter the mesh. The pulp rolling in the head box will not disturb the formation of the pulp layer and the thickness of the pulp layer is uniform.
3. It adopts the countercurrent washing method. The boundary lines among the showers are clear so the washing efficiency and the black liquor-extracting rate are increased.
4. The consistency of the inlet pulp is high and the remains of the fiber in the filtered are low.

3) Bottom Pick-up Winder ZWJ Bottom Pick-up Winder is a traditional product developed by Xian Paper Machinery for higher paper machine speed. This wider is suitable for the paper mills to slit the original reel and rewind into the required size.
