Designing Features
The air conveyor consists of stainless steel sir conveying box, internal deflecting plate, and stainless steel air duct.

FULL BOTTLE CONVEYOR
This conveyor applies international advanced technology of 90s introduced from abroad. The structure is innovative. Most component parts are formed by pressing and bending, featuring high rigidity, light weight, and good interchangeability. Side direct connection drive transmission features reliable operation, easy dismantling and maintenance. The conveyor is suitable for handle bottles with diameter ranges between Φ 40 -110mm .
Design Features
The conveyor comprises drive units and transition units of different lanes and length.
Main component parts are made of stainless steel and super high polymer polyvinyl. Conveyor belt adopts stainless steel or polyvinyl flat top chain 82.6mm wide. Side plate is made of stainless steel.
Plate 25.mm thick. Drive transmission sprockets are equipped with overload protection to prevent damage caused by overload. The height of motors can be adjusted.
