Designing Features
The air conveyor consists of stainless steel sir conveying
box, internal deflecting plate, and stainless steel air
duct.

BOTTLE CONVEYOR
This conveyor applies international advanced technology
of 90s introduced from abroad. The structure is innovative.
Most component parts are formed by pressing and bending,
featuring high rigidity, light weight, and good interchangeability.
Side direct connection drive transmission features reliable
operation, easy dismantling and maintenance. The conveyor
is suitable for handle bottles with diameter ranges between
Φ 40 -110mm .
Design Features
The conveyor comprises drive units and transition units
of different lanes and length.
Main component parts are made of stainless steel and super
high polymer polyvinyl. Conveyor belt adopts stainless
steel or polyvinyl flat top chain 82.6mm wide. Side plate
is made of stainless steel.
Plate 25.mm thick. Drive transmission sprockets are equipped
with overload protection to prevent damage caused by overload.
The height of motors can be adjusted.

WASHER [24000-28000BPH]
Bottle infeed and discharge are located at different
ends of the machine to reduce contamination of cleaned
bottles. Utilizes rotary bottle rinsing system. Caustic
tanks are arranged vertically to reduce floor space. Both
bottle infeed and discharge are equipped with safety protection
and automatic reset mechanism. PLC control.

Features multi-soaking tanks and long soaking time.
Three de-labeling devices thoroughly de-label the recycled
bottles, Multi-tracking rinsing ensure the thorough cleaning
of both inside and outside of the bottles. Bottle infeed
and output by crank swing arm and cam tracking mechanism.
Bottle infeed and output can be single end and double
ends. Drive transmission mechanism can be frequency inverter
speed adjusting or synchronous tracking.

CLEANING SYSTEM
The system consists of caustic tank, hot water tank, pump,
and piping. The system uses NaOH or NaCIO solvent or hot
water at 85°C to clean and disinfect the filler and its
accessories and piping.

6) SJ25-4/170 PASTEURIZER [40000BPH]
The SJ25-4/170 PASTEURIZER applies double deck single
tunnel continuous chain mess transportation with smooth
motion and good water through capability. The PID automatic
temperature control and PU value automatic control features
high control precision, short temperature response time
and energy save. The machine is a fully stainless structure,

and the label table have been subject to the grinding

3) Bottle pressing assembly is so designed that the trolleys,
pressing head and the loading point of the lift cam are
